Refund Policy

You can cancel an order and receive a full refund any time until sample collection is completed at the lab.

To cancel, email info@nxtlabs.us and include your order number.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and take 5-7 business days to fully process. Your bank may take longer to post the refund.

After sample collection is completed at the lab, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

If we cannot process the sample or deliver results because of an error on our side or the lab's, we issue a full refund.

Refunds do not depend on what the results show.

An order that is not collected within 30 days of purchase expires with no refund.

Services are not available in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Alaska, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts.

An order for collection in one of those states is cancelled with a full refund.
