How ordering and results work.
How does NXT Labs work?
Choose a panel, check out online, and walk in to a collection site for your blood draw. A CLIA-certified lab runs your sample. You get SMS and email status updates, and results are typically available 48–72 hours after collection in the patient portal. At-home collection is not available.
How will I get my results?
Results are typically available 48–72 hours after your collection is completed; timing can vary. You get SMS and email status updates, then view results in the patient portal (email, date of birth, password, plus a 6-digit emailed code). Every order includes a downloadable PDF lab report. Results stay available in the portal indefinitely. NXT Labs does not provide medical review or interpretation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Yes. You can cancel and receive a full refund any time until sample collection is completed at the lab. Email info@nxtlabs.us with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method and take 5-7 business days to fully process. Your bank may take longer to post the refund. After collection is completed at the lab, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. If we cannot process the sample or deliver results because of an error on our side or the lab's, we issue a full refund. Refunds do not depend on what the results show. An order that is not collected within 30 days of purchase expires with no refund. Services are not available in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Alaska, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts. An order for collection in one of those states is cancelled with a full refund.
